Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will directly contribute to their growth and improved quality of life.

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting independence and well‑being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and data collection.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required.
