Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Medical Assistant Combo
.

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours:
Mon-Fri, 8 hour shift

• Greet and room patients; obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and current medications.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist the provider during visits and minor procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and in-office laboratory testing
• Administer immunizations and medications as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards.

• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and update patient demographics.
• Document all encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Process referrals, lab orders, and prior authorizations.
• Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients in a professional manner.
• Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

• Minimum 2 years' MA experience, required
• Experience in Family Practice, preferred
• MA Certified
• CPR Certified
