. This position focuses on providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to adolescents with cognitive delays and other developmental disabilities, primarily at clients’ homes, in community settings, and occasionally in‑clinic.

Role & ResponsibilitiesA behavior technician will provide instruction when targeting ABA programs and implementing behavior intervention plans. The BT will assist with ABA services, collect data on programs, support parent training, and aid with clinical assessments as needed.
What You Will Need- High school diploma (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
- RBT certification is not always required, but a plus
- Effective time‑management skills
- Valid California driver’s license
- A reliable mode of transportation and valid automobile insurance
- Willingness to drive/travel to various locations for sessions
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
- Hourly compensation from $20.00 to $23.00, depending on qualifications and experience
- $0.62 per mile reimbursement for drive time
- iPad for business use and note‑taking
