Night Guest Attendant – Wood Spring Suites, Corona, CA

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to serve as the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift.

About the Role

In this highly visible customer service role you will work independently during the overnight shift, providing excellent service to guests, performing inspections, and maintaining the property’s safety and cleanliness.

Primary Duties
  • Property inspections:
    Conduct regular inspections throughout the night, ensuring safety and security.
  • Guest services:
    Assist with check‑in and check‑out during after‑hours and address guest needs.
  • Laundry duties:
    Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area.
  • Cleaning & maintenance:
    Vacuum, dust, and sanitize public areas; stock and distribute cleaning supplies; prep rooms that housekeeping could not clear.
  • Emergency procedures:
    Follow property emergency procedures and meet security needs for the property and guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
  • Perform tasks involving prolonged kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting.
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally unmittelbar up to င့္ 50 lbs.
