Sales Recruiter & Brand Building – Direct Home Lending (On-Site in Corona, CA)
Direct Home Lending is expanding, and we’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to help us build a high-performing mortgage team and grow our brand presence.
If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting talent, and being rewarded for results, this role is built for you.
This is an in-office position at our Corona headquarters.
What You’ll Do- Identify and recruit Mortgage Loan Officers using job boards, Linked In, networking, events, and referrals.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and referral partners to keep a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-office interviews.
- Present top candidates to leadership. Liberal
- Assist with discussions around compensation, expectations, and offer terms.
- Help new hires transition smoothly into our systems and culture.
- Help grow the company’s brand by:
- Supporting the setup of local speaking engagements, recruiting presentations, and community events.
- Assisting with social media content ideas, collecting testimonials, and helping maintain a consistent online presence.
- Work alongside leadership and recruiting team members to hit hiring goals and support company growth.
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A self-starter who enjoys a results-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Comfortable coordinating events and assisting with social media
- Ability to stay organized in a =?? Well
- Pay: $20–$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Additional incentives paid per qualified Loan Officer hired and onboarded
- Schedule: ~40 hours per week
