We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle program execution, client engagement, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale SAP programs.

Type: Full-time with us

• Complete accountability for project/program execution (scope, approvals, client relationship)
• Drive requirements gathering, functional design, planning, execution, and UAT sign-off
• Manage billing activities, timesheets, and internal operational efficiencies
• Develop domain expertise, adhere to methodologies, and ensure compliance with knowledge management
• Mentor project managers/consultants and deliver internal training
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• 12+ years of Project Management experience (8+ years in SAP)
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations (including rollouts)
• At least 1 SAP WM/S4 HANA/EWM implementation experience
• Strong expertise across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
