A day in the life:

As Sr. Director IT, FICO Solution Architect, you will lead SAP architecture, design, and governance, and drive adoption of AI and automation technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and support our global supply chain.

The impact you'll make:

• Develop and implement IT strategies for SAP FICO aligned with business goals.
• Build and lead a global SAP FICO team managing modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Financial Supply Chain Management, Bank Communication Management, and Treasury Management.
• Oversee SAP FICO applications development and implementation to support business objectives.
• Lead large-scale SAP transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and automate inefficient business processes in finance using digital solutions.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to deliver optimal solutions.
• Participate in the IT leadership team to align digital strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with solution verticals to meet business requirements without risk, ensuring quality and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT business applications.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP FICO, analytics, and integrations.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 in FICO, including S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical knowledge of SAP ecosystem.

Monster Energy offers a competitive salary range of $182,250 - $243,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
