Oversee the international consumer data and owned channel ecosystem, integrating CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CDP (Customer Data Platform), and web strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion across international markets. Responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of CRM programs (email, SMS, mobile) and consumer-facing websites, ensuring a unified and data-driven consumer journey across all digital touchpoints.
The Impact You'll Make- Lead development and optimization of CRM programs (email, SMS, mobile). Ensure global consistency and local relevance in communication cadence, creative, and performance. Drive A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Partner with CDP Manager and Analytics to define data flows, segmentation logic, and integrations between CRM and web platforms. Monitor KPIs tied to acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Oversee strategy and roadmap for consumer websites, ensuring sites reflect global brand priorities and deliver seamless, localized UX. Collaborate with IT and Creative to prioritize enhancements, analytics tagging, and testing.
- Develop global documentation, process standards, and reporting frameworks for CRM and web operations. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and alignment with global marketing tech stack.
- Coach and mentor CRM and CDP teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Media, and Analytics teams to align data-driven marketing strategies. Partners with Regional Marketing, IT, and Analytics to align tool stack, segmentation, and content strategies, and establishes operational roadmaps that enhance performance, and personalization.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.
- More than 5 years of experience in CRM and Web strategy.
- Between 3-5 years of experience in leadership role managing a team.
