• Candidates must be able to maintain a US Government Clearance.

• Provide expert analytical advice to the Government on matters relating to people, process, and technology.
• Communicate orally and in writing with groups or individuals, collecting and conveying information.
• Identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies using process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Business Process Reengineering.
• Apply analytical methods and techniques to assess information exchange requirements for the organization.
• Document business process solutions using industry standard flowcharting and documentation conventions that include service requests, requirements, specification documents, business process modeling, and Microsoft Visio.
• Provide technical documentation that includes policy and procedure underpinnings necessary for the Government to publish official documents.
• Provide end‑user documentation delivered in the form of portal wikis or other user‑friendly platforms.
• Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring the impact of process improvement and Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Translate business needs into analytics and reporting requirements, interfacing with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end‑user reporting solutions.
• Provide thorough requirements documentation for user projects to ensure all processes are thought out and recorded prior to release.

Halvik's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
