Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing Machinery)

Excel Cabinets, Inc, the leader in cabinet manufacturing and installation, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative/periodic maintenance.

• 3+ years of experience performing preventative/periodic maintenance.
• Experience with woodworking machines such as CNC, Vertical Panel Saws, edgebander, routers, saws, milling machines, drill presses, lathes, shapers, sanders, planers, and wood‑fastening, paint spray booth/oven, dust collection system machines and more.
• Previous experience in a wood manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Thursday, four 10‑hour days; daily and Friday overtime may be required.
• Wage: $20 – $25 per hour depending on experience.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include but are not limited to: regular bending, lifting, crouching, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head; manual dexterity with fingers, wrists, hands; walking in the factory and between 3 buildings; eye‑hand coordination, foot (pedal) usage, manual picking, pinching, holding, grasping, wrist motion;

working conditions may include small spaces, dust, hot/cold temperatures, interior/exterior noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces; stand/walk for up to 10‑12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Mquinas para trabajar la madera, como CNC, sierras de paneles vertical es, chapadoras de cantos, enrutadores, sierras, fresadoras, taladros, tornos, perfiladores, enrutadores, lijadoras, cepilladoras y sujetadoras de madera, cabina de pintura / horno, mquinas de sistemas de recoleccin de polvo y ms.

La experiencia previa en el entorno de fabricacin de madera es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria.

El horario de trabajo es de lunes a jueves, cuatro jornadas de 10 horas. Es posible que se requieran horas extras diarias y los viernes.
El rango salarial es de $ 20 a 25 por hora dependiendo de la experiencia.
