About the Opportunity
My client, one of the fastest-growing small-business manufacturing companies, is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Specialist. This is a strategy and analytics role for someone who gets fired up when the data explains why a lead did or did not turn into revenue. You will report into sales leadership and have a real seat at the table.
The leads are already coming in from multiple channels, and the opportunity is making every single one of them count. You will dig into search and campaign data, spot the trends others miss, and tell leadership exactly where to invest.
This is worth leaving a stable job for if you want to own the full path from first click to closed deal. You will build the playbook, not just run someone else's.
Responsibilities
- Close the gap between lead capture and closed business, and fix the handoffs where leads go quiet
- Build the dashboards and KPIs leadership uses to decide where marketing dollars go
- Run email and drip campaigns that warm leads until they are ready to talk to sales
- Own the organic search roadmap, from keyword research to page-level optimization
- Test paid search and social campaigns, then scale what converts and cut what does not
- Partner with developers and writers to improve site speed, structure, and content performance
- Track search algorithm shifts and turn them into clear, simple moves for the team
- Present findings to executives in plain English, with a recommendation attached
Must-Have Skills
- A search-driven marketer who is equally at home in the data and the strategy, with a track record of turning traffic into pipeline
- Several years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing, in-house or with real ownership of results
- Strong command of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with at least one major SEO platform
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Marketing automation and drip workflow experience
- Comfort working alongside web developers, with some HTML and CSS
