Own program budgets, manage vendors, track execution against plan, report results, and recommend improvements. - Team Management:
Manage the Brand Marketing team and drive accountability and excellence across its work.
- Five or more years of marketing experience, including managing programs in automotive, powersports, marine, filtration, or adjacent aftermarket categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working within a recurring go-to-market planning and launch cycle preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
- A meticulous planner who can synthesize input from across the organization into clear strategies and actionable plans.
- Relentless about execution, with strong follow-through and high standards for quality and delivery.
- Biased toward action, with the judgment to prioritize, resolve obstacles, and keep work moving.
- A collaborative communicator who builds effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable developing and articulating strategy, managing budgets, reviewing results, and identifying improvements.
- Willing to travel up to 30% and support evening and weekend events.
