This is a per-diem position located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA.

• Reporting to the Director and/or Nurse Manager of Sub‑acute Nursing, assess, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document the patient’s treatment plan, and provide education to the patient’s/resident’s families.
• Provide direct and supervised nursing care to patients/residents, ensuring the highest quality care is rendered in accordance with Sub‑acute standards, policies, and procedures.

• Current California RN license required.
• Current BCLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
