About the RoleTurn Key Marketing is looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Sales Executive to drive new business growth with auto dealerships across Southern California. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect, present, and close partnerships that help dealerships grow through world-class marketing campaigns. You’ll work with a team that’s been together for over a decade — our sales professionals average 10+ years with the company because they love what they do, the people they do it with, and the success they achieve here.

- Full-funnel Digital Marketing Solutions (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Ads, OTT/CTV, and Retargeting)
- Reputation and Social Media Management
- Web Design & Graphics Support
- Direct Mail Campaigns
- Custom strategies backed by Google & Meta case studies
- Prospect and acquire new dealership clients across your region.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and in-person presentations.
- Own the sales process from first contact through signed agreement.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
- Attend industry events and occasional company meetups (SoCal HQ).
- Manage your pipeline and reporting in Salesforce CRM.
- Competitive base salary ($80K–$84K + uncapped commissions & bonuses)

- 5+ years in automotive, digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B advertising sales
- Proven full-cycle sales experience — prospecting to close
- Strong understanding of dealership marketing needs and operations
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the drive to succeed in a remote/hybrid role
Hybrid – Candidates in or near Southern California are preferred and must be able to travel to dealerships for meetings.
