Maintenance Technician

• Provide maintenance across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
• Perform all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and support asset preservation objectives of ownership.
• Be the boots-on-the-ground member of the team, keeping systems and units in working order and collaborating with teammates and residents.

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication with team members and residents.
• Ability to meet deadlines; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a bonus.

This position offers $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits.
