• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to Matrix HVAC standards, guidelines, and regulations, including safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inform clients of maintenance or repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer training programs.

• Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role (we'll teach you the Matrix HVAC way!).
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry advancements.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
