Industrial Electrician (Direct hire – W-2 Job) - Immediate interview!

Location: Corona, CA 92882

Shift: Midnight - 8:30 a.m. – 6 days on and 2 days off rotation.

Compensation: $35.36 - $42.64 hour plus BONUS PLAN paid out quarterly and full benefits including matching 401k!

Job Duties:
  • Maintain and repair all existing electrical equipment in production areas and troubleshoot PLCs by utilizing ladder diagrams and schematics.
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to analyze, detect, and determine the nature of a problem, and extent of repairs required.
  • Actively participate in the preventative maintenance program.
  • Perform electrical preventative maintenance of electrical control panels and equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies by utilizing lean and 5S principles.
  • Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures and operate a wide variety of manufacturing tools.
  • Work with company engineering on electrical upgrades and new equipment installs.
  • Capable of utilizing mobile equipment: pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
  • Execute electrical related inspections and report accordingly.
  • Run conduit and electrically terminate wiring in industrial equipment, interpret input-output modules, and operate a variety of tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Place the utmost importance on work safety.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Basic knowledge of Siemens/Allen Bradley PLC hardware and software.
  • Basic knowledge of gas burner controls.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and motor controls.
  • Team player, reliable and high work integrity.
  • Good communication skills.
Education and/or

Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in a relevant skill or trade.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
