Commercial HVAC Service Technician; Level 4

As a Level-4 Service Technician, you will leverage your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to communicate with clients and provide solutions for repairing HVAC systems. You will be responsible for sourcing all materials or equipment needed to successfully complete each job and exceed client expectations.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans
• Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting, including high and low voltage electrical, VFDs, and building automation controls
• Proficiency in mechanical system troubleshooting, including refrigeration, chilled water, hot water systems, and VRF systems
• Understanding of air distribution systems and equipment larger than 50 tons

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 10+ years of HVAC experience
• Trade school certification
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• EPA Universal Certification
