Commercial Solar Installer

Renewable Energy Partners Inc. Corona, Ca. | REP is looking to add to our dynamic team of commercial solar installers. In this position you will be part of an installation crew that ensures the safe, high-quality, and timely installations of commercial solar systems. • 3+ years as an experienced installer
• Available Monday through Saturday – 8+ hours per day
• Maintain a professional appearance around all REP employees, clients, affiliates, and vendors.
• Personal equipment and tools required at all times: work boots, fitted work jeans with no large holes, tool bag with strap, cordless tools & hand tools required to perform the job.

• General understanding of common building materials, tools and techniques
• Complete understanding of solar technology and solar applications
• Recommended electrical experience but not required
• General understanding of the NEC Article 690 whether or not you’ve worked with it recently
• OSHA 30 for Construction recommended
• Proficient with safety equipment, their standards, and installation protocols
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently

• Must be able to lift at least 65 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work on your feet for long periods of time
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone

• Temp employment through April with the opportunity to sign on permanently
• Income is dependent upon experience and/or Prevailing Wage
