Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, demolition, and ceiling repairs
• Complete minor electrical repairs (110/208V), replace fluorescent ballasts, and install LED lighting
• Assist with HVAC, compressors, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Inspect the facility for safety hazards
• Maintain maintenance records and purchase necessary supplies
• Coordinate with outside contractors
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous facilities maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Comfortable working around machinery, fumes, chemicals, and moderate noise

Salary: $20-$25 p/hr
