Chemical Engineer

We're a candor-rich technology shop in CA hunting for a Chemical Engineer who'd rather delete code than add it. Plainly put, Innovate Now wants 4 years of Java, will pay $100,000 - $145,000, and expects you to own the result.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across CA engineering teams
• Question the scrappy Java pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Build the Docker tooling that makes every other Corona engineer faster
• Ship Git experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-honest environment
• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
• Enough Docker to be dangerous, enough Tailwind CSS to be trusted
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively

At Innovate Now, our mission is to make technology simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone in Corona, CA and beyond. You'll never have to guess where you stand with your manager in this part-time role.

Open with $100,000 - $145,000, grow your Leadership under a mentor, lean on full benefits, and flex your hours the way grown-ups should.

We bumped the date today, signaling this Chemical Engineer search is ongoing.
