Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. Training in warehouse operations, safety compliance, or leadership development is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a 3PL, logistics, distribution center, or high-volume fulfillment environment.

Proven experience leading teams of 15+ warehouse associates, including temporary and full-time employees. Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and cycle counting. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to manage productivity, labor planning, performance coaching, and operational KPIs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce fulfillment, consumer goods, or distribution center operations.

Forklift certification and equipment operation experience preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills. Experience supporting seasonal staffing increases and workforce management. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the shift. Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours during peak business periods. Job Duties Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, on-time shipments, and compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, quality standards, productivity metrics, and OSHA safety compliance.

Partner with management to improve workflows, optimize staffing, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and achieve operational performance goals. "Reliable, professional service.
