** Warehouse Receiving Clerk
** to join our team in Corona, CA. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, as well as accurately entering inventory into our ERP system (Great Plains).The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting overall warehouse operations. ** Responsibilites
* ** Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
* Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
* Process inventory into
** Great Plains (ERP system)
*** Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
* Communicate discrepancies with purchasing or management
* Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
* Support general warehouse operations as needed## Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stock management
* Forklift Certified (Required)
* Microsoft GP highly preferred
* Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
* Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
