Are you looking for an opportunity to make a direct impact on company operations while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a motivated Distribution Warehouse Associate to help ensure accurate, efficient, and safe distribution of products to our branches and customers. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, customer service, and overall operational excellence.

• Conduct yourself professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and management
• Participate in branch meetings and company communications
• Champion Ewing culture and values
• Communicate operational and customer service concerns to management

• Support inventory management activities
• Pick, stage, ship, and receive products accurately
• Maintain warehouse and yard organization
• Utilize company technology and systems
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Provide superior customer service
• Perform additional operational duties including driving company vehicles when required

• Participate in Ewing University and company training programs
• Maintain Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Participate in performance reviews and continuing education opportunities

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to operate powered pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Ability to safely use ladders and warehouse storage systems
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, climbing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and shipping activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
