Front Office Supervisor – Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton

Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world. After a $400M renovation, the resort is more stunning than ever.

Responsibilities
  • Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents, monitor performance, and encourage improvement.
  • Manage front desk operations, determine room and rate availability, and make decisions that benefit the hotel.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints by researching situations, offering alternative solutions, and authorizing revenue allowances when necessary.
  • Prepare and conduct daily pre‑shift meetings, communicate with all staff, and provide necessary information to deliver guest service in accordance with Hilton standards.
  • Monitor staff performance with evaluations, recommend training for inconsistencies, and handle discipline issues.
