Position: Public Affairs Office Business Analyst - Coronado, CA with Security Clearance
Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Public Affairs Office Business Analyst (Remote and/or Coronado, California). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support

* Process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Public Affairs (PA) requests

* Prepare documentation and correspondence

* Update databases and prepare reports

* Provide general office support

* Assist with legal documentation

Required Qualifications and Experience
* Three years of experience performing general administrative functions

* Five years of experience in FOIA/PA processing

* Three years of experience using the applicable correspondence manual

* Three years of experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot

* Excellent work ethic and strong verbal communication skills
