As a Team Member at Smashburger, you’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and play a key role in creating a great experience for our military guests and their families. Whether you're on the grill or at the register, you’ll help us deliver Better Burgers. Better Teams. Better Experiences.

• Champion Guest Experience - Whether you are on the grill or up front, greet every guest with a smile and deliver great service in a fun, friendly and respectful way.
• Support a Team-First Environment - Promote a positive work culture by communicating clearly and working together.
• Own Order Accuracy and Speed - Verify and make all guest orders accurately, upsell where appropriate, and communicate as a team.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction - Check in with Guests after food delivery - offer refills, condiments, and make sure their visit is excellent from start to finish.
• Stay Clean, Safe, and Compliant - Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Act with Integrity - Be dependable, honest, and responsible in all tasks—from following cash policies to preparing food with care and pride.

• No Experience? No Problem! - We build better skills. All Team Members must complete and pass Smashburger’s training program.
• Minimum Age Requirement - Must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Physical Readiness - Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable kneeling, bending, twisting, and—yes—smashing.
• Heat & Hustle - Able to work in a hot kitchen environment and handle fast-paced, high-energy shifts.
• Reliable Availability - Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Dress for Success - Must follow Smashburger’s uniform and appearance standards at all times.
• Base Access - Must pass the base background check process.

The pay range for this role is:

18.50 - 20 USD per hour (Smashburger North Island)
