- Responsible for day‑to‑day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, and financial reporting and analysis for all trial balance accounts.
- Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of business performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic planning results to facilitate decision‑making toward budget and strategic goals.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor, analyze and report on inventory valuation and production costs.
- Collaborate with a team of 2‑3 accounting members to process accounting information according to company policies.
- Assist in understanding business results and financial drivers of performance.
- Maintain the company’s fixed assets.
- Identify and communicate useful information to support business leadership and decision‑making.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses as needed.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and business units to share improvement ideas, learn or align new processes, and consult on best practices.
- Support efforts to implement continuous process improvements, standardization, and effectiveness.
- Support internal and external audit procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel up to 15% may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1–3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with ERP systems (EPICOR a plus), preferably in manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Accountability for work product and outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Capability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all staff levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Physical demands: lift up to 15 pounds, sit for prolonged periods.
- Visual demands: look at a computer monitor for extended periods.
- Manufacturing environment: exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions.
