The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for planning and organizing staff assignments and play an active role in accounting for all pre-production capital costs for the Division's drilling and completion operations, facility and gathering and processing operations, and ad hoc capital projects.

• Oversee the preparation and posting of monthly and quarterly accounting entries for cost allocations, partner billings, and accruals.
• Accumulate data for monthly and quarterly reporting; oversee AFE setups and closures; perform reconciliations and ad hoc analyses; coordinate accounting projects.
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities.
• Lead in the implementation and ongoing accounting and disclosures for right of use assets.
• Collaborate with the Division's Drilling and Completion Operations and Facilities Operations Teams to analyze and understand well and facility capital costs.
• Develop a well-rounded knowledge of the Company's operations, cost accounting and COPAS accounting guidelines with emphasis on joint interest billing, overhead calculation, materials, and cost allocation requirements.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• CPA or CPA eligible.
• 8-10 years upstream exploration & production accounting work experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently in a lead role and communicate across the Division with operational managers and accounting personnel.
• Aptitude to suggest and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment; flexible with the demands of a growing and heavily active organization.
• Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to team development.
