Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Land Port of Entry (LPOE)

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by L.K. Jordan & Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Oversee construction projects from inception to completion while collaborating with project managers and department heads.

• Managing contracts, changes and modifications.
• Knowledge and experience managing the mechanical side of commercial construction.
• Vendor/supplier relationships.
• Working with estimators.
• Post-project evaluations.
• Maintain project financials and projections.
• Work hand in hand with safety department.
• Generate and maintain reports.
• Monitor schedules, manpower and cost to maintain budgetary adherence.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction management or engineering in the commercial field.
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with construction management software.
• Valid driver licence with good driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the mechanical side of commercial construction, including HVAC Chiller systems.
