Job Description Summary

• Administer and proctor exams (TSI Assessment, GED, CLEP, HESI, Instructional and Correspondence exams).
• Greet students in office and assist with information and test registration.
• Answer phones and provide testing information by email/mail.
• Fax/mail/email score requests.
• Receive exam payments and balance money at the end of each shift.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Awareness of test security and confidentiality.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient with computers, fax and copier.
• Ability to work with faculty and staff.
• Ability to answer questions and provide services to students, faculty and community members.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.
• Community college experience.
• Bilingual.
