• Use a variety of teaching styles, methods, and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles of students to achieve their educational goals and course outcomes.
• Maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
• Assess and evaluate student performance fairly, consistently, and in a timely manner.
• Plan course instruction including lesson plans based upon approved syllabus/outline to ensure course content and objectives are met.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One (1) year experience in adult education.

• Five (5) years experience working in a grant‑funded program.
