MICRO-LEARNING INSTRUCTOR POOL

Corporate Services, Del Mar College – Part‑time – $25.00/hr – Open: 11/12/2025

• Design, develop and facilitate short, bite‑sized courses—online, video‑based, playlists, gamification, chat sessions, virtual, etc.—across various times and locations to meet business and industry needs.
• Continuously improve instruction quality by integrating technology into learning and development initiatives.
• Leverage Corporate Services technology processes and platforms to support training.
• Apply diverse learning techniques and methods to accommodate varying audiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, colleagues and the community.
• Review, evaluate and recommend corporate training materials for effective use.
• Create a classroom environment that promotes and maximizes learning.
• Maintain daily attendance rosters and submit final hard copies of these and other training resources to Corporate Services.

• Ability to develop and plan micro‑course instruction.
• Ability to utilize a variety of training techniques and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of employees.
• Ability to utilize instructional technologies, including computers, internet resources, smart‑interactive TV and other appropriate media in instruction.
• Knowledge of corporate micro‑learning training.

• Associate’s degree or certifications in a related field plus a high school diploma.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
