Adjunct Instructor for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) courses. Instruct students on many aspects of machining and the understanding of machine shop safety.

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Machining Technology OR five (5) years experience in the machine shop trade.

• Computer programming and operations for turning and machining centers.
• Knowledge of Cadcam systems Solidworks and Mastercam.
• Have the ability to instruct and conduct a classroom environment.

• Successful college teaching experience.
• Experience teaching college level courses and document successful training in a college learning management system (e.g. blackboard, canvas).
• Knowledge of a learning college and/or knowledge pf learning communities.
• Teaching or training department experience in an industrial environment.
• Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with competency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of and commitment to teaching strategies and methods which enhance student success.
• Ability to teach and communicate with students of varied multicultural backgrounds.
