The purpose of this position is to tutor students, enhance their programming or networking skills, and facilitate success in the students’ declared degree program. Lab tutors will use collaborative and interactive processes to enable and encourage students to become more effective and independent learners. This position will also monitor an open computer lab for general student access.

• At least an 3.5 GPA in related coursework
• Completion of at least 30 college hours

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to scheduled work hours.
• General working knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Experience collaborating in a team setting.
• 45 completed college credit hours.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Canvas).

This is a continuous recruitment for an applicant pool to fill part‑time assignments on an as‑needed basis. Departments refer to the pool of applications to fill temporary assignments as the need arises.
