The Testing Specialist oversees all required testing for the Adult Education ESL grant. Responsibilities include proctor and administrator training, direct administration of weekly testing, contacting students to test, and testing follow‑up including processing and interpreting scores.

• Administer and monitor CASAS and GED practice test exams, adhering to required testing protocols.
• Compile and review student score reports, upload reports to individual student files, email scores, and recommend courses based on results.
• Monitor students’ class‑time hours using TEAMS data reports and send notices of required testing once sufficient hours are completed.
• Complete paper forms and tracking spreadsheets to ensure proper monitoring and recording of test takers.

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum six (6) months related experience.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications.
• Experience working with confidential data.
• Strong customer service skills.

• One (1) year working in higher education testing environment.
• Bilingual (English and another language).
