Provide leadership, staff development and technical assistance to district and campus staff in school improvement. Facilitate targeted school improvement efforts with external partners and internal staff.
Education Qualifications- Teaching certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- Administrative experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in campus administration or central office administration, preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal accountability systems
- Knowledge of current educational research and trends in school improvement
- Experience in evaluating and implementing effective instructional programs
- Knowledge of professional development planning
- Assist with effective operation and pursue a common vision for the improvement of the department and the ESC-2
- Collaborate and actively participate with ESC-2 program teams across departments to improve student performance and to meet goals and objectives of ESC-2 and TEA
- Cooperate and coordinate with other regional LEAs to contribute to the effectiveness of the organization and the program
- Participate in the Planning and Performance Management (PPM) initiative, contributing to the development, execution, and tracking of strategic goals and performance metrics to support organizational success
- Attend meetings regarding school improvement, assist with the development of required reports, and attend statewide ESC and TEA meetings
- Participates in required program meetings/trainings/events to meet program goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Design, develop and deliver trainings through multiple delivery models for clients
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, develop, implement communicate, and coordinate customized school improvement and systemic support to improve student performance, including the development of targeted improvement plans
Salary:
From $68,379.00 To $ Annually
