Provide direct student support for students enrolled in the Building Construction Trades MGM program, including recruitment, assessment, mentoring, bor
placement and career exploration. Coordinate outreach and recruitment strategies, track student attendance and progress, and provide referrals to campus and community services. Establish positive trust relationships with students and connect them to college admission, financial aid, academic advising, and other academic support services.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One (1) year of experience coordinating education programs.
• Experience supporting at‑risk populations and managing multiple student support activities, including referrals to community partners.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social services, education, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in adult education or workforce training programs.
• Experience in case management for adults from recruitment to certification and employment ना।

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of grant‑funding programs.
• Efficient, detail‑oriented self‑starter who can meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong team orientation and time‑management skills.
• Availability for some evening and weekend hours.

• Provide information on Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) targeted career and educational pathways, document student contact, and maintain FERPA‑compliant files.
• Respond to participant inquiries from partners and grant agencies in a timely manner and assist with grant reporting.
• Maintain a professional environment and serve as a role model for grant students, fostering accountability, self‑advocacy, and resource utilization.
• spp Provide opportunities for students and families to attend campus events and solicit feedback on the BCT program.
• Actively outreach to community candidates and employers, reorganizing priorities as needs change.
• Provide extensive case management, guiding students in career research and planning, and monitoring academic progress.
• Contribute to program success by developing, implementing, and coordinating student support activities.
• Aid staff in ensuring quality delivery of grant classes, supporting instructors, traveling between campuses, and accommodating evening schedules.
