Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D Solar Consultants within the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance productivity.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and motivate team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to installation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact sales efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
