. This position is part of the Polymer team located in Houston and will be remote, reporting to the Senior Manager, Polymer and Pretreatment.

- Provide field sales technical assistance and product recommendations, including plant surveys, proposal preparation and sales presentations.
- Apply knowledge of polymer chemistry and testing procedures.
- Assist Chem Treat sales representatives in product screening, treatment program selection, and troubleshooting to meet customer cost and performance objectives for chemical/refining and food & beverage verticals.
- Travel throughout the continental U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week (approximately 70% travel).
- Offer field troubleshooting and technical assistance, including problem solving, operator training and equipment inspections.
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields.
- Ten+ years of field experience in water and wastewater treatment (may be considered equivalent to a four‑year degree).
- Five or more years’ experience with a major water treatment company.
The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000 USD per year
. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
