* Collaborate with licensed engineers to design water and wastewater infrastructure systems
* Design wastewater collection systems, sanitary lift stations, and treatment units (municipal/industrial)
* Design water distribution systems, booster pump stations, elevated storage tanks, and treatment units
* Produce plans, specifications, and technical reports
* Conduct hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and modeling
* Manage permitting processes and support construction administration
* Apply the latest technologies and stay current with industry innovations
* Mentor junior staff and manage project tasks
* Other duties as assigned
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Water
CAD, XPSWMM, and ArcGIS (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with TCEQ regulations (required)
* Bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3–4 years preferred)
* Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) certification required
