Senior Electrical Estimator - Commercial and Industrial
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to support Commercial and Industrial projects, based in their Corpus Christi office. They bring extensive expertise across a wide range of commercial electrical applications, including office buildings, hospitals, data centers and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates from drawings and specifications
- Perform material take-offs, labor analysis, and pricing
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
- Identify risks, value‑engineering opportunities, and scope clarifications
- Support bid strategy, proposals, and change order pricing
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in Commercial and/or Industrial construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Trimble, Con Est, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
