Mechanical Field Engineer - Texas

Support mechanical piping and equipment installation on a combined-cycle power project, interpreting drawings and specifications and coordinating with engineering, construction leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives. Monitor subcontractor compliance, resolve field questions, prepare site reports and quantity take-offs, maintain construction records and drawing markups, and respond to information requests.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, along with a PE license or the stated combination of design and construction experience. The posting specifies at least six years of construction management experience on similar facilities and calls for strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and construction documents.
