Overview

Flowback operations (liquids, pressure control, well testing, and transition to steady‑state production)
Measurement services such as accurately determining the quantity and quality of hydrocarbons that are produced, transported, or sold. It involves measuring flow (how much product moves through the pipeline or system), analyzing composition (what it’s made of – oil, gas, impurities), and recording data for production and regulatory compliance. Types of measurement include tanks, gas, and liquid.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Controller located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Controller will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing accounts payable/receivable. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the management team to develop financial strategies, supervising the accounting team, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
This is a new position that requires the ideal candidate to create one Accounting function with A/R and A/P for a growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Quick Books
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and oversee an accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in the technology or innovation industry is a plus
