Role Overview

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (choose 1 day per week to work)
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full PMHNP license
• Active Texas license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
