Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional
R3 Continuum is seeking a diverse and compassionate behavioral health professional to provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas in Texas.

Requirements
- Independently licensed in Texas (LPC‑I, LMFTA, LMSW‑AP, LMSW‑IPR, or Psychologist)
- Minimum master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C’s DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
Salary $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
