Tenet Healthcare - TPR/CPM Staff [Medical Office Assistant / Scheduler] As a Call Center Representative at Tenet Healthcare, you'll:
Maintain a working knowledge of the Physicians' specialties, schedules, and locations;
Schedule patients with the appropriate doctor;
Obtain and confirm patient demographics, insurance, and updates the patients accounts;
Understand and has a basic knowledge on insurance, benefits and share of cost;
Understand and has a basic knowledge of all different insurance lines of services: HMO, PPO, Commercial, Medicare HMO, Medicaid HMO, etc.
