As a CNA in our Home Care business, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to seniors and individuals in need, allowing them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their homes. Position:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Medication Assistance: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and document medication administration accurately.

Companionship: Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance the well-being of clients.

Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and client preferences.

Mobility Support: Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.

Safety and Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health and well-being, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to the care coordinator or nurse.

Client-Centered Care: Provide personalized care that respects the dignity, preferences, and cultural backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications:

Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience as a CNA in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care setting is preferred.
Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to improve the lives of clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the changing needs of clients.
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the position).
