- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Global HR Shared Services in a multinational organization
- Good verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- High level of independence and initiative with accountability for assigned responsibilities
- Experience in the Europe and Asia regions
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing environments
- Understanding of urgency in prioritizing activities
