This position reports to the Technology Support Coordinator assisting IT personnel working across multiple areas of technology including PC workstations, network, audio/visual, and peripherals to support the campus community. This is accomplished by resolving software and hardware requests, and incidents utilizing established policies and procedures, and an analytical mindset.
Minimum Qualifications- Familiarity with computer hardware and software utilities.
- Great written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable with computer hardware and software utilities.
Successfully completed ITSC 2286 Internship Computer and Information Sciences course or equivalent of 160 hours in desktop installation and support of hardware and software, installing, updating, diagnosing and resolving issues across multiple areas of technology including desktop workstations, network, audio/visual, and peripherals.

- Assist IT personnel with the installation and configuration of desktop workstation hardware, operating system and application software, network, and peripherals;
Decommissioning PC workstations, network equipment, and peripherals. - Assist IT personnel with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
